FreeMerch Signup & Referral Keychain Promotion (the "Promotion")
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited. The active promotion is a free signup and referral keychain gift program — not a paid raffle or lottery ticket sale. Daily chance drawings are not currently active.
1. Sponsor
The Promotion is sponsored by Future Prints LLC ("Sponsor"), operating the FreeMerch website. Contact: hello@freemerch.co.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members living in the same household are not eligible. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
Prize fulfillment is South Florida local pickup or local delivery arranged by Sponsor, unless you have earned ten (10) or more keychains in total (signup gift plus referral rewards). At 10+ earned keychains, Sponsor ships in the United States at Sponsor's cost and discretion. By entering, you confirm you can claim a prize in South Florida unless you qualify for shipping.
3. Promotion period (current)
Daily chance drawings are NOT currently active. The active promotion is signup + referral keychains only (see §4A). Any historical schedule references (2026-07-12 through 2026-07-25) do not mean daily drawings are running now.
If Sponsor later resumes daily drawings, those terms will be posted on this page before they go live. Until then, there are no chance drawings and no raffle entries to earn.
4. How to participate (signup)
Claiming the free signup keychain requires a FreeMerch account. Browsing or purchasing merch bundles from FreeMerch does not require an account and does not create a drawing entry or improve odds of any future drawing. Buying still does not create entries.
Create an account (once):
- Visit the FreeMerch entry page.
- Submit your name, email address, and U.S. mobile phone number.
- Accept these Official Rules and provide SMS consent for one-time verification and winner contact.
- Complete SMS phone verification once. That creates your account and unlocks your free signup keychain.
Returning members: if your session expires, sign in again with an SMS code to the same phone (account recovery). Incomplete or unverified account signups are void for gifts.
Limit: one (1) signup gift per person, per email address, and per phone number. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be disqualified. Automated bots, scripts, or bulk signups are prohibited.
Buying pins, keychains, or other products from Sponsor does not create a drawing entry and does not improve odds of winning any future drawing.
4A. Signup gift & referral keychains
Every SMS-verified FreeMerch account receives one (1) free keychain on signup. There is no signup cap. Buying does not change odds of any drawing. No purchase is necessary.
For every three (3) additional people who create an SMS-verified account using your referral link, you earn one (1) additional free keychain. Total earned keychains = 1 (signup gift) + the whole number of successful referrals divided by 3.
Fulfillment of earned keychains is South Florida / Miami local pickup (or local delivery arranged by Sponsor) unless your total earned keychains is ten (10) or more. At 10+ earned keychains, Sponsor ships in the United States at Sponsor's cost and discretion.
5. Prizes (paused daily drawings)
Active now: free keychains via signup gift and referral rewards (§4A). Daily drawing prizes are not currently awarded. If resumed, approximately 10 original pin(s), keychain(s), or similar merch per drawing day (ARV about $3 USD each; series total ARV about $420 USD) would apply under posted terms.
Prizes are awarded "as is." No cash alternative, transfer, or substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
6. Winner selection & odds (if drawings resume)
Daily drawings are not currently active. If resumed: winners would be selected at random from eligible SMS-verified entries for that day only, using a computer-generated random process. Odds would depend on the number of eligible verified entries for that day. Purchases never increase odds.
7. Winner notification
Potential winners will be notified primarily by SMS to the verified phone number, and may also be contacted by email. Winners may be announced publicly on Instagram @freemerch.co (first name and city only, where feasible).
Potential winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. Failure to respond, or inability to claim the prize via South Florida pickup/local drop (or provide a US shipping address if you have earned 10+ keychains) within a reasonable time set by Sponsor, may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner for that day.
8. Publicity & winner list
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. A list of winners (first name and city) for each day is available on request by emailing hello@freemerch.co for sixty (60) days after the series ends.
9. Privacy
Information collected is used to administer the Promotion, verify identity, contact winners, and as described in the Privacy Policy. SMS is used for verification and winner contact; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS where applicable.
10. General conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, undelivered, or misdirected entries or SMS messages; carrier or network failures; or technical issues of any kind.
By entering, you release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, members, and agents from any claims arising from participation or prize acceptance, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Disputes
Except where prohibited, all issues arise under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute shall be in courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
12. Not affiliated
This Promotion and FreeMerch are independent maker projects. They are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any soccer federation, national team, professional sports league, tournament organizer, stadium, or social network. Country names and soccer themes are used for atmosphere only. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
13. Current promotion period
The current promotion awards one free keychain to every SMS-verified signup, plus one additional keychain per three verified referrals. Pickup is South Florida unless 10+ keychains have been earned, in which case Sponsor may ship in the US. Daily chance drawings are paused / not currently active — the live offer is signup + referral keychains only. Reference window for any future drawings: 2026-07-12 through 2026-07-25.
