FreeMerch Daily Pin Giveaway Series (the "Promotion")

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited. This is a free promotional sweepstakes / game of chance. It is not a paid raffle or lottery ticket sale.

1. Sponsor

The Promotion is sponsored by Future Prints LLC ("Sponsor"), operating the FreeMerch website. Contact: hello@freemerch.co.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members living in the same household are not eligible. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

Prize fulfillment is limited to South Florida local pickup or local delivery arranged by Sponsor. By entering, you confirm you can claim a prize in South Florida if selected.

3. Promotion period & daily drawings

This Promotion consists of 14 separate daily drawings, starting on 2026-07-12 and ending on 2026-07-25 (America/New_York calendar dates). Each day is its own drawing.

For each daily drawing, entries close at approximately 20:00 America/New_York on that calendar day (subject to delay for technical or operational reasons). Winners for that day are selected from verified entries for that day only.

First draw: Sunday, Jul 12, 8:00 PM EDT. Last draw: Saturday, Jul 25, 8:00 PM EDT.

4. How to enter

Free entry into a daily drawing requires a FreeMerch account. Browsing or purchasing merch bundles from FreeMerch does not require an account and does not create a raffle entry.

Create an account (once):

Later daily drawings: while signed in, accept the Official Rules for that day and submit a free entry — no new SMS is required for each raffle day. If your session expires, sign in again with an SMS code to the same phone (account recovery), then enter with one tap. Incomplete or unverified account signups are void for drawings.

Limit: one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per phone number per daily drawing. You may enter again on subsequent days (one entry per day). Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified. Automated bots, scripts, or bulk entries are prohibited.

Buying pins, keychains, or other products from Sponsor does not create an entry and does not improve odds of winning.

5. Prizes

For each daily drawing, approximately 1 original pin(s), keychain(s), or similar merch designed and produced by Sponsor (or substitutes of equal or greater value). Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize: about $3 USD. Maximum total ARV of all prizes in the series: about $42 USD.

Prizes are awarded "as is." No cash alternative, transfer, or substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. Winner selection & odds

For each daily drawing, winners are selected at random from all eligible SMS-verified entries for that day only, using a computer-generated random process. Odds of winning a given day depend on the number of eligible verified entries for that day.

7. Winner notification

Potential winners will be notified primarily by SMS to the verified phone number, and may also be contacted by email. Winners may be announced publicly on Instagram @freemerch.co (first name and city only, where feasible).

Potential winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. Failure to respond, or inability to claim the prize via South Florida pickup/local drop within a reasonable time set by Sponsor, may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner for that day.

8. Publicity & winner list

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. A list of winners (first name and city) for each day is available on request by emailing hello@freemerch.co for sixty (60) days after the series ends.

9. Privacy

Information collected is used to administer the Promotion, verify identity, contact winners, and as described in the Privacy Policy. SMS is used for verification and winner contact; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS where applicable.

10. General conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, undelivered, or misdirected entries or SMS messages; carrier or network failures; or technical issues of any kind.

By entering, you release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, members, and agents from any claims arising from participation or prize acceptance, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Disputes

Except where prohibited, all issues arise under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute shall be in courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

12. Not affiliated

This Promotion and FreeMerch are independent maker projects. They are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with FIFA, MLS, any professional sports league, tournament organizer, stadium, or social network. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
